Refund policy
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURN
1 Pursuant to current legislation, the consumer (i.e. a natural person who purchases the goods for purposes not related to his professional activity, or does not make the purchase by indicating in the order form a reference to VAT number), has a period of fourteen days to return the purchased products.
2 To exercise this right, the Customer, within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods, must express his will to withdraw from the contract in writing to info@vicarigioielli.it.
The Consumer can alternatively send an explicit declaration or using the withdrawal form, as written below, by e-mail by sending an email to info@vicarigioielli.it. Upon receipt of the authorization, the Consumer will receive an e-mail confirming the exercise of the withdrawal, containing the return form to be included in the package and the instructions for returning the product, to be sent at his own expense, no later than the following 14 days. from receipt of the same to Vicari srl based in via Principe di Villafranca 31, 90141 Palermo, Italy.
3 The above right of withdrawal applies to the Product purchased in its entirety; it is not possible to exercise withdrawal only on part of the purchased product.
The products must be returned complete with accessories, in their original packaging together with the transport document, behind which the reason for the return must be written.
The right of withdrawal is not allowed in the case of goods made to measure or personalized.
To limit damage to the original packaging, the return must preferably be placed in a second box, on which to affix the label with the"Return Code"for the return, this code will be provided by Vicari srl with an e-mail confirming the acceptance of the return. Customer is prohibited from affixing labels or adhesive tapes directly to the original product packaging and must clearly indicate the sender. Upon arrival at the warehouse, the Product being returned pursuant to the terms of the contract and sale will be examined to assess any damage or tampering not caused by transport. The responsibility for the loss or deterioration of the returned Products remains entirely with the Customer.
4 The Consumer is responsible for the decrease in the value of the goods resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. Therefore, if the returned goods are damaged (for example with signs of wear, abrasion, scratches, scratches, deformations, missing stones, etc.), not complete with all their original elements and accessories (including labels and tags unaltered and attached to the product), not accompanied by the original packaging and packaging and by the guarantee certificate, where present, the Consumer will be liable for the decrease in the value of the asset, and will be entitled to a refund of the amount equal to the residual value of the Product. To this end, therefore, the Consumer is invited not to manipulate the goods beyond what is strictly necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the same and to cover the original packaging of the Products with other protective packaging that preserves its integrity and protect it during transport even from writings or labels.
5 In the event of withdrawal from the contract, all payments made in favor of Vicari srl will be reimbursed, with the exception of delivery costs. The refund can be suspended until the goods are received. These refunds will be made within 30 days of receipt of the goods and using the same means of payment used for the initial transaction according to the methods indicated in the conditions of sale, unless the Customer has expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, he will not have to incur any costs as a consequence of this reimbursement. If the Customer decides to be reimbursed by bank transfer, it will be his responsibility to promptly provide the bank details on which to obtain the reimbursement (IBAN and current account holder).
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the User must send, within the term indicated above, a communication of similar content by registered letter with return notice, or by e-mail communication, to the following addresses:
