Pearl necklace, diamond cameo and 750 °°° gold

Crewneck single piece , exclusive designer Vicari Gioielli, is entirely handmade. The center of the necklace has a large cameo 65 mm x 37 mm enriched with gold leaves and white diamonds and fancy color diamonds. The necklace measures 47 cm.7.
